Linamar Corporation, known as LNR on the TSX, acquired Skyjack in the month of August the year 2002. Linamar is best known for its production of assemblies, modules and precision-machined components. Linamar's solid balance sheet provides Skyjack with increased strength and long-term stability in general. Skyjack currently has production plants within Hungary, the United States and Downey with support offices within Europe and Asia.

The company provides a complete line of self-propelled scissor lifts. Several models have elevated work heights up to 56ft.
