Established in the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family business within the Northern Italy's biggest industrial location. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide array of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
During 1963, the business started crane production. The business eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru currently makes and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for various uses and there are available units that can cover all construction requirements.
Some models offer extremely flexible lifting options for businesses which are constructing small buildings and private houses. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and provide 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Other units comprise topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and really adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These kinds of cranes are specially designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated in close proximity to each other.
